Nine Tailors needed

There's a funeral at the Advent on Saturday for which they would like 
the Nine Tailors tolled. The funeral starts at 4:00, so whoever does it 
will need to be there by 4:30. Unfortunately I will be in DC this 
weekend. Can  anyone help out?
