For those of you who weren't on a first-name basis with him, Bradley was

Dear Members of the Advent & Friends,

Bradley was put to sleep yesterday afternoon, having suffered
from an incurable kidney condition.  A year ago his veterinarian
predicted that he had only two weeks to live, so God has given
him, and given us, an extra year.  Give thanks for this, and
also for the fun, mischief and affection that was Bradley.
