Quebec, Memorial Day

I just got off the phone with Douglas Kitson. Among the many things
discussed was the annual bash in Quebec at the end of May. It is
definitely on, and arrangements have been made to allow ringing at
both towers on both days. Also, the Cathderal ringers now have a youth 
band. If folks can make it to Quebec over the Memorial Day weekend you 
will undoubtedly have a lovely time. Quebec is a fabulous city to
visit, and late May is a lovely time to be there.
