Change in NE Area Meetings

2004 holds some changes in the NE Area Meetings.  Laura Dickerson and I will 
jointly organize a January meeting at Smith and a February meeting at 
Groton.

As many of you know, for some time, I have been looking for someone to 
replace me in organizing the NE meetings.  Mike Schulte has proposed some 
new events for the remainder of the 2004 area meetings and will be 
responsible for them.  Although it may appear to be a bit unusual because 
his home tower is not in NE, Laura and I have decided to support his ideas.

Please join me in looking forward to  ringing at NE Area Meetings.
