Saturday, 6 September 2003

        9am to 11:30 Two sessions of General Ringing
        11:30 to 12:30 QP attempt
        12:30 to 1:30 QP attempt
        1:30 to 5pm Three sessions of General Ringing
        6pm Hors d oeuvres (cash bar, beer and wine)
        7pm Dinner (coat and tie/party dresses, please)

        8:30am to 8:55am Service Ringing
        10:30am to 10:55am Service Ringing
        12:30 onwards General Ringing or possibility for QP

If you are interested in ringing in or conducting a QP, please indicate
your
interest and your skill levels.

If you would be willing to run a general ringing session, please indicate.

We are preparing a souvenir shirt, 100% cotton polo navy blue with the St.

James Tower logo in white, $25. Men's shirts have a stripe on the collar;
women's shirts have a "johnny collar." If you would like a shirt, please
send
a check payable to St. James; be sure to indicate your size: Mens' S, M,
,

XL, XXL; Womens' S, M, L, XL, XXL.

RSVP by August 18 to this email address, with checks confirming your
reservation by mail (information below).--There is a charge of $25 per
person for hors d'oeuvres and dinner. There will be vegetarian options by
request. Please indicate with your registration.
Please send a check for $25 per person, payable to St. James Church, to
reach  us by 28 August. Mail to Richard Parsons, 1620 Norwood Place,

--There is no other charge for the weekend, but it would be helpful to
now
that you are coming even if you don't plan to attend the dinner.

Plans are being made to accommodate all who would like to be put up by a
non-ringing member of the parish; please let us know if you want this. If
