change of mailing list system

I just changed the Boston-change-ringers list from majordomo to
mailman.  Things should work essentially the same way as before, but
in addition there will be a web interface for subscribing and
unsubscribing, and there will be archives of old messages.

You should have received saying that you have been subscribed
to the new list and giving you a password that you can use with the
web interface.

Unlike other mailman-maintained lists, you will not get your password
sent to you every month.  You can get it sent to you on request,
however.  When you try to use the web pages, you will probably have to
tell your browser that it's OK that we have a certificate it doesn't
recognize.
