RE: Boston Area Physics Calendar

Hey – me again…..

I got some push back from people who have seminars on Monday’s, saying the 4 pm distribution on Friday doesn’t give people enough time to plan for their talks.  Given that, I’ll send out the notes on Thursday afternoons, so please have in the information to me by Thursday at 3 pm.

Thanks,

Matt

Hey everyone!  It’s time again to start sending in the colloquium announcements for the upcoming academic year.  A reminder on how the process works is below.  Please try to keep your seminar listings in the requested format (an example is at the very bottom).

I know the instructions ask to have the talks sent by Wednesday at 2 p.m……but I will send out the official notification by 4 pm on Friday, so I can take them up until 3 pm on Fridays.

Thanks and let me know if you have any questions.

Matt

Hey all – as we start a new year of seminars around the area, just wanted to remind you of the process.

As always, please send any announcements to:

The deadline for the following week’s calendar will be Wednesday each week at 2 p.m, but so long as you get them in by 3 pm on Friday they will be posted.  .  If you miss that deadline, then you will send your announcement to the late notice distribution which is:

Remember that the late announcements go to everyone.

Here’s a summary of how the process works.  Let us know if you have any questions!
