Empty calendars

Hi, Ben.  If the calendar is empty, should it say something like "None
submitted" after "Events from ... through ...."?  That might make things
clearer to the reader.  Another possibility might be not to send out the
calendar in this case, but I think that would leave subscribers
wondering why they didn't get it.

Also should the calendar mailing have some invalid reply-to address to
discourage people from replying to it?  I can see that this could go
wrong with people replying to the mailing saying they want to
unsubscribe or something.
