Registration

The conference registration fee is $500 which will include the use of the conference center, coffee breaks, a reception on Sept. 1st, lunch for the four days of the conference, two dinners and the conference banquet.

If you are planning to bring an accompanying person to the conference you should also pay an additional $225 that includes the reception, two dinners and the conference banquet for the accompanying person. Alternatively if you also want to include lunches for the accompanying person you should pay $350.

You can pay for both you and the accompanying person either together or in two separate payments. Please explain in the comments section below. After you click on "Continue" you should change the "pay amount" field to the appropriate value.

Please also indicate if you would like to give a contributed talk by providing us with a tentative title for the talk. We will try to include as many of these contributed talks as the schedule allows.
