I am writing to let you know that on Monday, March 2nd from approximately 8am until 10am the Facilities Team will be walking through Robinson Hall to perform a general
inspection of critical deferred maintenance. As noted below, this will require they walk through all rooms and spaces. We will be as unintrusive as possible, but please plan accordingly.
As well, if you feel that there are facilities issues, particularly those not noticeable to the eye, that should be pointed out to the team kindly email me asap so that we may do
so.

NOTIFICATION
Starting on Monday, 28 February 2011, a critical deferred maintenance building assessment condition survey inspection,
will be taking place on every building on the Medford/Somerville Campus continuing with the list attached. An engineering team
of 1-4 persons will be walking through the buildings with a facilities person requiring access to all rooms and equipment.
The team will be reporting to the following buildings on the dates indicated at 8am in academic/staff buildings and 10am in residence
halls. We would welcome you to inform the team of any issues pertaining to your building they may not readily see from a visual
inspection. We also would appreciate your patience and cooperation as we conduct this survey. We do not expect that this will
involve any of your time other than the informational conversation. We do not expect it to be intrusive. Please notify all in your
building. If you believe someone is missed on this list, please let me know.
