Recent (Holographic) Developments on the Black Hole Information Problem, part 2

Netta Engelhardt
MIT

Abstract:

I will review the black hole information problem and discuss the recent progress that has been made on it in the past three years. Some of the topics I will discuss: the computation of the Page curve for the entropy of the Hawking radiation, the contributions of nonfactorizing saddles in the gravitational path integral, and the role of holographic avatars of computational complexity in reconstruction of the black hole interior.
