Memorial Service for the Donors to the Anatomy Labs
Tufts first-year Medical and Dental classes at Tufts hold a Memorial Service to honor the donors who selflessly
gifted their bodies to Tufts
Anatomy lab. In poetry, prose and song, students reflect on the privilege that has been
given to them by the donor
who endowed his or her body to futher their medical education.
This year's service was held on
Sunday, May 15, 2011 with over 250 students, faculty and members of the donors'
families in attendance.

Among the performers were the Tufts University School of Medicine's a capella singing group Docapella. Their performance
of Danny Boy
