Does everybody know how they are getting to and from Berkshires?
We can take 2 people from Sharon, so we would want you to take the train
down here (we can pick up somebody at Andy and Cally's house on the way).
We will be leaving midafternoon (exact time negotiable, but I want to be
able to eat dinner and check into the hotel before arriving at the hall at
least half an hour early, preferably 45 minutes early.)
I think I have jobs signed up:
Will and Mary: cookies and half-and-half
Eric: Toroids
John: calling equipment
us: soda + fruit, sound equipment, some random ancillaries
coffee including cups and ancillaries: Dave (I have some of the
ancillaries like sugar cubes; I'll email separately)
Am I forgetting any jobs?
