I am going to be without Internet access all weekend, so I won't be able to make any kind of up / down call until Monday. If someone else wants to declare things, feel free.

Next week I see seven signed up including Eva. Eva would kind of like to know earlier than our usual deadline. Any chance some of our traditional late deciders could decide earlier? Also, David is out of town and Alex has not yet said either "yes" or "can host". I don't know if David's offer to use his house includes "while he is on an extended trip".
