[tg] Signups for this week (& next 2 weeks)

Hi Everyone,

It's time to sign up if you'd like to dance this week. Next week it
looks like C4 isn't going to happen. C3 dancers, I'm probably going to
make a pretty late up/down call to give people a chance to see how
they feel after FCW. But if you know in advance that you maybe will or
definitely won't want to dance next week, that would be helpful to
know.

I'm also going to say that we're down the day before Thanksgiving.
