Re: [tg] [Explode-the-tape] Last minute illness (venue change)?

I am willing to:
- Go to Ginda's if somebody (Troy? Rebecca?) will give me a ride from ~Kendall or ~Porter (the latter I could get to at ~1900 if I know by ~1830) - Try outdoors (though with temps from 80F-77F during the dance, I suspect it will not be pleasant) - Visit Watertown (would need to know by ~1830 to get there on time, or in general would arrive maybe an hour after I saw the declaration)
- Or cancel

My guess is that cancelling makes the most sense, but I'd try the rest, so don't declare us down on my account.

Also, Ginda has offered to host, if folks would like to consider that
option.

Hi All,

It sounds like some people at our venue tonight are currently sick. I
don't have a great sense of how people would prefer to handle this,
but I think at least I would probably rather be safe and say we're not
dancing indoors at Alex's tonight.

Some options:
- Cancel
- Try to dance outdoors at Alex's
- I could try to host in Watertown (211 Summer St)

At this point, if anyone is in favor of canceling, I think that means
we're down. So I think that should be the default assumption unless
everyone (or at least Dave, Judy, Kathy, Luke, Troy, Ginda, Rebecca)
respond saying they're okay with the same thing. I'll check in again
in an hour or if someone says they'd prefer to cancel.

Sorry for the inconvenience,
John
