So dancing looks good for both Wednesday the 18th and Saturday the 21st, 
but some "probably" answers should be resolved one way or the other.

For the weekend, V needs to leave by 4. What would be a reasonable 
schedule that would be okay? We have had failure before when we didn't 
have our break at a meal time, and people filled up on snacks (or didn't) 
and then were sad. But to finish by 4, we would need to start at 10 or 
10:30, and some people think that is too early to make the long trek. 
Also, the train schedule is kind of annoying, because there's a train that 
gets here at 8:30 (bzzt, thanks for playing), and another that gets here 
at 10:49, which goes well with an 11 o'clock start, but then the meal 
break ends up being at 1:30 which is a little late, and we don't really 
finish by 4. It could be okay anyway, to have a short afternoon session.

Sometimes people do come by train; other times people get rides. Which is 
it this time? I know what Alex's preferred timing is, but he's not a yes. 
What do other people think?
