I should've included Barbara's email address when I sent her text so 
people could send condolences.

A couple of people have emailed me saying they had trouble accessing the 
memorial site. I also had the same trouble; I had not actually tried 
accessing the site before I emailed. I also tried connecting to the top 
level where they have a search bar for people and I encountered the same 
brief display of some photos followed by "something went wrong" with that 
procedure.
