On some of the pages and posts discussing this they said that all you had 
to do was say that you were planning to distribute them to people in need. 
Which is sufficiently vague that you can claim anything.

300 is a lot, especially if they're going to expire soon. Which we don't 
know. (One post said the recent ones they got expire in July.) I suppose 
one could go around to the places that give them out for free and add to 
their piles!
