[tg] Historical artifacts
Sue has digitized some historical artifacts, and shared them with me for
tape group.
You may know that the MIT tape group (before I moved to Boston) made a
tape called "Friday the 13th", which they said was the "hardest dancing
ever" and called it "C5". In 1986. Things were different than they are
now, and we have moved on in a direction of difficulty that may be
unrelated to the direction that this took. I danced this tape in 1986, and
some of the stuff was pretty tricky, not that I remember anything except
the 9-matrices.
Unfortunately the digitizing did not split things on a tip boundary, so
what I have is three 45 minute segments from the actual cassette tapes. I
listened to a bit of them with SD player and they sound pretty good in my
headset. Maybe we could randomly do a tip here and there at tape group. I
don't think it makes any sense to try to do the entire dance at one time.
