At like 60+F (59F at midnight?), I support outdoors. (I suspect I'm happy 
to temperatures well below when we stop having a square...) With the 
relatively colder weather, I think we might get fewer mosquitos, and 
certainly it's more comfortable to wear longer clothing to block them.

I don't personally care about C3A vs C3B. I support getting more people 
(e.g. Pi) to come via C3A. If C3A is too easy for people to be entirely 
happy, I have a few dozen hard Japanese C3A tips we could try.
