[tg] C3 on 10/30

C3 dancers who don't follow tape group emails much these days: For 10/30, 
a couple of the usual C4 dancers are "yes if C3". So if you'd be 
interested in actually doing a C3 tape group, 10/30 is a good week to RSVP 
for, and maybe we'll actually meet for C3.
