I think this latter statement is a poor idea, because it can be
interpreted to say that wearing a mask is an alternative to testing.  I
think we don't need to say anything and people will understand that they
can wear a mask if they choose.  If we do say something, we should make
sure it cannot be misinterpreted.

If someone reports that they tested positive, I think we should ask them
if it's OK or not to disclose their identity.  People have a right to
keep this information private, but it's extremely useful to know who had
it so you can judge your degree of exposure.  I don't think we need
to talk about this in the flyer.
