You could say that anyone having trouble providing their own tests for whatever reason could arrange for some to be provided by the event. That would certainly be a lower number than providing all the tests. It's always good to have a few backups anyway.

--Does paying out of Berkshires pocket just mean it is part of the dance fee? In which case it is a distinction without much difference?
Tests cost me about $6 (flowflex), so $18 for the weekend. Not really material compared to other costs of the weekend like hotel, food, and dance fee. Even less of a difference for those who are flying to the event. So I can't see this is much of an issue either way assuming I attend.

We could decide to pay for them out of the Berkshires pocket, though 50*3 person days * $10/test is a lot; more than the hall costs. Sue might object :-)
