[SOS-Boston] farewell for now

Well, I just got back from the SOS meeting.  I'm home 
early.    Because, as usual, only Jim and I were there . . . I with 
sobriety old enough to vote, and he with sobriety old enough to 
DRINK.  As I indicated earlier, tonight was to be the last SOS 
meeting I would convene.

I will not shut down this list, in case anyone else is inspired to 
try to get something going, perhaps in a more central, T-accessible 
location by someone with more time to do publicity.  I will be happy 
to support such an effort, and will pass along all my materials.

I wish everyone the best for whatever December holiday you celebrate 
. . . may you enjoy the season of darkness with sober mind and a joyful heart.
