[Palindrome] Wrap-up Follow-up

I'm sorry we missed some of you at yesterday's wrap-up meeting. The Bombers printed special certificates (like those received for each meta) for each member of the team. If I didn't get one to you in person yesterday, please e-mail me a mailing address and I'll send it off to you. If you know Aaron, he probably picked up one for you, so check with him first.

Second, and relatedly, there are members of the team who joined late enough that they haven't been added to this mailing list. I know who a couple of them are, but if you know a team member who isn't getting these team messages, please have them contact me. One, in particular, that I'd appreciate contact information for is Sebastian. He joined the team in Lobby 7, and by that point things like team mailings were totally shoved aside in my head. But now, of course, I can't contact him and, in fact, don't even know his last name. If any of our other student members have his info, I'd appreciate it.

Third, there are a couple of things we need to do to move forward with constructing next year's Hunt. As has been mentioned, we'll need to set up a new mailing list and wiki. Also, I'm going to attempt to discuss a post-Hunt survey with the Bombers, so we can get other teams' opinions of what worked and didn't about this year. I'd like to see these things taken care of by the end of the week so people will have a forum to start discussing themes and structures.

And we'll need a leader. I'm happy to coordinate some of this initial stuff for now, but I don't think I'm the best person to manage this process. So, for now, I'm looking for volunteers (not nominees) to be the person in charge of leading the construction process. We'll eventually need to delegate some of the work to other individuals, and I'm led to understand that certain management tasks will need to be undertaken by a current (or at least very recent) MIT student, but I think (and those who have done this in the past should correct me if I'm wrong) that the process will be better served by one person at the top.
