We'll probably also want to do something about soundproofing, since
our neighbors only have one room, and *we* don't want to overhear
*them* when we're eating/sleeping/spilling. Anyone have any expertise
on the subject? (If I remember correctly, Mayhem/Bombers worked out
something last year that worked.)
