[Palindrome] Teaser puzzle at MIT

I was wandering through MIT this afternoon, and saw what appears to
be a teaser puzzle for the upcoming Mystery Hunt. For those who want
to bail out now and look for the thing themselves, I'll add spoiler
space.

On the Infinite Corridor, on the vertical dividers separating the corridor
itself from the glassed in area next to Killian Court, there are posted
a few pieces of paper with titles like "Something's Amiss". The text on
each piece of paper consists of some quotes from the intros to past 
Mystery Hunts. I'll add more spoiler space at this point, in case anyone
wants to avoid seeing what this leads to.

Each quote has been altered by removing certain letters. Unless I missed
a letter, the letters are WWWMITEDUCHINTANCAROL. Unfortunately, there I'm
stuck. I tried looking at www.mit.edu/chintancarol (and some variants
thereof) but found nothing; I also tried going to the page www.mit.edu
and looking for something there related to CHINTANCAROL, but no luck.
Can anyone take this any further?
