We should try to upgrade our headquarters, or in any event get away from
last year's HQ. We didn't have a net drop, and had to thread wire out the
window and to the floor above us. Several times over the course of the
weekend, somebody closed the window (it is, after all, January in Boston)
and cut the cord. This was a bad situation. I'd say a net drop of our own
is an absolute must.

Just to get the ball rolling on room sign-up (since it's probably
best done sooner rather than later):

(1) Do we want to try for the same rooms as last year? Note that
last year they required running wires out the window; once we did 
that, they seemed to me to work. Any opinions for/against?

(2) Do we want to try for posher rooms, whatever that might mean
in this context?

(3) Do we have anyone scouting the available rooms to see what's out
there?

(4) Any other input?
