This may be a useless suggestion, but here goes: Can
we use the Athena cluster printers?  We did that a few
years back on Acme when we were printerless.  Clearly
we can't print out any type of answers or work toward
them, but puzzles should be OK, esp if we can run
someone over to the printer room to pick them up as
soon as they print (to prevent other teams who may not
have gotten those puzzles yet from seeing them).  This
has the advantage of getting us a much faster printer,
and may be especially useful at the beginning of round
when we'll want to print out a whole lot of copies of
a whole lot of puzzles.

I know that we'd need the password to the rooms and/or
printers, but presumably our MIT folks have that.
