Best planned event? Ha, ha, ha! Maybe the room reservation
coordinating system made things easier for the schedules office, but I
don't see how it helped us any. The "call center" was another
excellent example of planning -- the first hunt I know of with the
policy of "don't call us -- we'll call you".
