All Hunters,

Some teams don't seem to be aware that if they are _stuck_ on a puzzle, 
meaning you worked on it for a while and aren't getting anywhere -- 
please contact us and ask for help.  We don't want you to be stuck, and 
it won't count against any of the "six" specially hinted puzzles or 
anything like that.

So, to sum up, if you are stuck on a puzzle that you have worked on (at 
the beginning, at the end, in the middle -- doesn't matter), please 
contact us and ask for help!
