[Palindrome] Rooms!

Hi.

There seemed to be no announcement about it, but the room assignments have 
been posted at http://www.mit.edu/~puzzle/rooms2-04.html .

We have been assigned rooms 26-204 and 26-210.

These rooms are in the same building as the rooms we had last year, but 
one 
floor below.

Good things:  Each room has movable tables and chairs, with seating for 
42.  
(The rooms are about the same size as last year, but with more chairs.)  
The 
rooms are adjoining (there is a door between them).  Each room claims to 
have 
wireless connectivity.  26-204 claims to have a phone jack.  There are 
windows 
that can be opened.

Bad things:  The rooms have concrete floors, and the furniture is somewhat 
old-looking, though this probably doesn't really make much difference.  
Room 
26-204 has a serious chalkboard shortage (26-210 has sliding chalkboards 
similar to what we had last year).

As for net drops, neither room claims to have an MITnet drop (according to 
the 
schedules office web page), though each room had a jack labelled "DATA" 
with 
an MITnet sticker next to it.  I don't have a laptop, so I can't tell if 
they 
work or not.  I'm also not sure about the phone jacks.  Someone who knows 
more 
about this stuff should have a look at these rooms, if possible.
