[Palindrome] Hunt organizers' warm-up puzzles

In case people have missed them: The Hunt organizers have put some
warm-up puzzles up at <http://web.mit.edu/puzzle/www/warmup.html>;
in addition to an assortment of puzzles from past hunts, they have
(lower down on the page) two brief puzzles that they have also been
postering around MIT campus (a cryptogram and a 12-word-list thingy).
