Please see the attached documents for departmental committee assignments for 2012-2013, and for a description of the basic responsibilities of some of the committees. Please let me know if you have questions or concerns. I hope that there will also be at least one search committee, but that remains to be seen. I will be on sabbatical leave during the Fall semester. Bill has graciously agreed to serve as Acting Chair during that period. I have been asked, and have agreed, to serve a second term as Chair, so I will be resuming that position in
Spring 2013. Thanks to everyone for your work on behalf of the department during this past year, as in every year.
