Friends, It’s that time again: Time to fill out your faculty information forms for 2011. The form is attached. It has changed somewhat from last year, so please be sure to use this form. As usual, we need electronic versions of the Faculty Information Form and of your Current CV. Please note: ·
Both documents should be in Word (.doc or .docx) format – not pdf, Open Office, TeX, or anything else. I know some of you don’t use Word, but don’t blame me; I’m just the messenger.

Include on your CV “information about grants funded, dates of awards, and direct and indirect costs to the University. “ ·
