 Good morning:

The Physics and Astronomy Department is very busy today.

Pictures will be taken in STC for our picture board.  If you have not 
had your picture taken this year, please stop by the Atrium in STC at 
1:00 pm.  Konstantinos and Eray have volunteered to take pictures.

Our Graduate Student Reception is today at 1:30 pm in the Atrium of 
STC.  Please come and say hi to our new graduate students, Stanley 
Halka, Cemile Marsan, Audrey Mithani, Jonathon Poage and Katie Thorne 
and all our returning graduate students.

We have a Physics and Astronomy Colloquium today 9/17/10 at 3:00 pm in 
STC 136.  Charles Sykes, Tufts University, Chemistry Department, is our 
speaker.  His title:  Molecular Rotors, Motors, and Chirality.
