Yep. This one was apparently rusted solid. Bent a 1/8 punch trying to 
drive it out with a 4 pound sledgehammer. No luck. Then tried the drill 
press at slow speed, nothing, then high speed and the bit caught fire.

I'll just get a new one, this is obviously shot. And it's been bent in 
the past as well, so time to go.
