(ET) Removing wheel hubs from transmission

I got a used 4 speed transmission and installed it in my EGT120 tractor. 
It didn't have the wheel hubs, so I am trying to remove the hubs from the 
old transmission. I have removed the set screws. and am using a 3 jaw 
puller, and have heated and pounded then pounded some more. Nothing moves.
 Has anyone found a way to get these hubs off? I talked to Harold (Clean 
Power Supply) and he had some suggestions. He has built a heavy duty 
puller that he uses, but I don't want to make one like this for only the
