(ET) Images on the Elec-Trak list

Hi, all.  It's actually OK to send images to the Elec-trak list, because
mailman will strip them out and store only one copy here on cosmos.
But it's better if you reduce the image size first.  Phones nowadays
take huge images, but people on the list will mostly look at the image
on a screen, and in that case more than 1000 pixels on a side is not
that useful.

There's a minor hassle in that mailman will complain to the poster about
the image being too large, even though it's actually not going to send
it out.  I will approve all such postings.
