(ET) Got the E20 rigged for leaves

It's fall, which means it's time for the leaf vacuum, deck snorkel, and 
the 200 gallon bag for the leaves. So far things look good, filled a bag 
and now the E20 is happily charging away. Tomorrow I'll do some much 
longer work.

Question: Does anyone know which was I could go in changing the 
charger's capacitor to increase the final charge voltage? I'd really 
like to boost it past the 42.5 volt limit to something like 47 or so for 
the flooded NiCDs.
