(ET) E12M forward/reverse relay

I am looking for info on repairing/replacing the F1/R2 dual relay assembly 
on my 12M. The relay “clacks”, but the reverse contacts don’t connect or 
are high resistance. The relay looks like a sealed unit. Is this a 
standard golf cart item?
