Subject: Lead Acid Battery Question

Has anyone out there had experience with a liquid product that purportedly revitalizes golf cart batteries? . I ran across this on ebay.  I hadn't heard of it before but supposedly will work five to six times.  Seller claims that the publication "Golf Car Digest" claims it is the best product available.  Label says it is non-toxic H2O + Mg14?  (Photo attached). At $22.00 for six bottles it would be a bargain if it works.  All opinions welcome.
