IN SUMMARY: What "throttle type" do the old Curtis 1244 series SepEx controllers use?
The details: Mice 1, E-15 controls 0, in a long and well-fought contest.
I am converting to "modern." I have three controllers, a 1244-4704 (software version 09-01), and 1244-4420 (sw 11-01, but with some toasted power components), and a 1244-4406 (sw 09-02). (All bargains, but now I am paying in *time*!) I also have a 1313 handheld programmer, which is excellent for seeing into the controller, and updating its parameters.
The problem is that the two controllers that work (as far as I know! the one with bad components simply doesn't; M- short) don't have a parameter setting for throttle type. I've tried 0-5kohm, and 5kohm-0, but I don't want to toast anything by experimenting with any of the voltage input types, etc.
