Over twenty years ago, an electronics tech and myself tacked flying leads to the board and put Molex® connectors on the end of those leads and the GE existing harness. It's still there and still works.
You haven't LIVED until you have had an Eight Speed
E-20 take off in Reverse with full armature current and
full field weakening. :) THAT event is what prompted the fix.
