Re: (ET) fix a flat

Speaking in my capacity as a former tire guy, R. J. IS RIGHT!   DON'T DO IT!

...and incidentally, if you ever use that vile noisome goo in a tire, be absolutely certain you TELL the next guy who tries to change it.  Otherwise, he may come after you with a lug wrench, or loosen all your head bolts before your car leaves the shop.

Yeah, it works on a pinch, but you only have to get a facefull of it one time to get really, really agitated... the correct and cost-effective solution to bead leaks and rim leaks is a tube.

Hey all

Does the standard from a can Fix a Flat work with these tractors? I have one wheel that I have reseated three times and it keeps loosing air. I have confirmed that the leak is where the tire meets the rim and it keeps coming back at the same spot.
