Part of the problem is the batteries can source a lot of current without dropping voltage. Aircraft engine starting batteries. However most times the tractor is pulling <100 amps so a 30a connector on the third string of batteries should be fine.

I think the problem is when I am blowing snow I am pulling 300-400 amps while charging uphill. So I might need a 100 amp connector, but I'd like it to be something that will fit nicely on the back.
