I have the kit the problem I think is it has a new disc. Mine is pretty much jammed on the staff and since pounding on shafts mushroom them the tranny will have to be dropped and the disc hard cut off the shaft.

Braking power is fine with the crummy brakes, it just goes through pads.

I haven't done anything with the E15's brakes since I fitted Bill Gunn's
upgrade kit probably 10 years ago, but I don't remember it being anywhere
near that tough.  It made for a HUGE improvement in braking power, too.

I wonder if anything like that kit exists today.
