There is a breaker on the side of the motor. Take a peak underneath and 
look for a hockey puck sized object with two large wires connected to 
it. However... it is self-resetting. As in wait 15-20 minutes and try again.

Also look for wires under there that are broken off at the lugs... if 
the wire gets a little loose it hangs down and gets snagged by something 
on the ground.
