I like #24.  It's colorful and makes you look twice to figure out what the 
yellow birds are.  
It kind of makes the marketing 'stick'.  The green contrast of grass and 
the 
green electric kind of drive it home.
I think the second time they drive by they will notice the pleasant 
contrast and 
easily readable web address.
The only thing I might change is a light blue instead of orange 
background! 
(like #11 background)

I'd say either #10 or #11 (the two at the top left). They're clean, 
bright, 
simple, and direct.  

The blue color has a nice, clean feel to it.  The other colors feel too 
dingy to me for a greenish enterprise.

All the logos on the right side strike me as too busy.  Some are also a 
bit 
obvious, with the birds and grass.  Actually, at first glance, the white 
thing kind of looks like an egg with feet.
